From the Wool Pack to Tiger Woods

The Black Sheep Brewery, which has been the main sponsor of The Emmerdale Classic Golf Day since 2004, is continuing it’s relationship with the stars of the famous Yorkshire soap. 120 golf enthusiasts are flocking down to Rudding Park Golf Club, Harrogate to raise money for charity while enjoying some quality Black Sheep beer and hopefully steering clear of the bunkers!

The event will take place on Sunday 28 September and will see all money raised going towards the Wooden Spoon charity, which raises funds for disadvantaged children and young people. Last year a spectacular £36,000 was raised for this worthy cause and this year the team want to smash that total.

The festivities will end with a spectacular gala dinner and auction, enabling people to bid on some fantastic gifts and goodies.

We have been involved for the past few years and the results achieved are always fantastic. We have already agreed to be next year’s main sponsor again and we are all thrilled to continue the relationship with the stars of Emmerdale and such a great charity.’
