Yorkshire Square Ale
In 2014, we put one of our favourite bottled ales into cask.
Originally brewed in 1999, Yorkshire Square Ale is made with Maris Otter malt, Demerara sugar and a blend of Golding hops. The lower alcohol content means it’s not only a premium pint, but also a great tasting, full flavoured, session ale! 4.1% ABV.

We use Maris Otter malt, Demerara Sugar and a blend of Golding hops.
Demerara Sugar provides a sweet and warming character which balances perfectly against the bitter hop undertones.
We use a touch of wheat which helps deliver the lovely creamy head and lacing down the glass - just what you would expect from a proper Yorkshire beer!
