Yummm . . . Rigg, Rum & Raisin Ice-Cream

Black Sheep have joined forces with Brymor to create an utterly delicious Rigg, Rum and Raisin ice-cream. The flavour infuses our very own Riggwelter beer with Brymor’s signature Rum and Raisin ice-cream. Brymor’s creamy ice-cream is produced using milk from pedigree cows on Guernsey and it perfectly complements the distinctive dark fruit and roasted malt flavours of Riggwelter.   It’s proving popular at our visitor centre, as well as Brymor’s ice-cream parlour, so make sure you call in and try it soon.
