Black Sheep Beer Pancakes

Beer pancakes. We know what you’re thinking…why haven’t you tried these before? Put them to the test this Pancake Day (Tuesday 17th February) and tweet us @BlackSheepBeer with your attempts.

Thanks to @BeerHunter74 on twitter for the recipe. To make the baaaatter, simply mix the following ingredients together in a bowl:

• 100g plain flour
• 2 eggs
• 300ml Black Sheep Ale
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil or vegetable,
• pinch salt

Pour some of the batter into a hot pan, flip and top with your favourite savoury or sweet fillings.
