SHIFT BREWER

Location: At our Brewery in Great Alne
Shifts: Rotating Early (3am – 11am), Lates (5pm – 3am) and Days (10am – 6pm)
Contract: Permanent/Full-time

Are you passionate about brewing and ready to be part of a dynamic, hands-on team? We’re looking for a Shift Brewer to help us craft exceptional products with consistency, care, and creativity.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating brewing, fermentation, and filtration equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitoring quality control throughout the brewing process
• Keeping accurate brewing records and following SOPs
• Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are always met
• Working collaboratively across production and quality teams

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a brewing or beverage production environment (preferred)
• Passion for brewing and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and some weekend checks
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• A brewing qualification (e.g. IBD or similar) is a bonus, but not essential
