We feel this hamper works perfectly well with our firm, favourite chosen cheeses from up the Dale in Hawes. Their creamy, crumbly & full of flavour Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese. Handcrafted by their master cheese-makers at The Wensleydale Creamery, in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, to a time-honoured recipe using milk from local farms. Wensleydale cheese can be made anywhere. Only Yorkshire Wensleydale is made in Wensleydale.
Rich, creamy mature Cheddar cheese, carefully combined with the roasted malt flavour of Riggwelter, Black Sheep’s strong Yorkshire Ale.
Served with Botham’s fruit cake, a deliciously rich cake packed with the finest fruits, aromatic spices and are very own Riggwelter Ale.
