Taking inspiration from hoppy American brewing, we combined three of our favourite hops into a bold and hop-dominant IPA. Grapefruit citrus and woody pine are out in force from Simcoe, Citra and Columbus hops. A gentle pale malt base provides a sweet backdrop to the bracing hop bitterness and leads to a dry, refreshing finish.
