Kolsch ale brewed with top fermenting ale yeast and cold conditioned for 4 weeks. A blend of Australian and American hops are used throughout to offer a plethora of new world character to this historic style of beer. Notes of peach and pine on the aroma before a kick of grapefruit on the palate. Pilsner malt offers a very delicate sweetness whilst the cold conditioning adds a crisp, dry finish.
