Telesales Account Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Telesales Accounts Manager. As a Telesales Accounts Manager, you will maintain relationships with existing clients by upselling products whilst providing the best possible customer service. This role would ideally suit someone with passion, drive, self-motivation and a desire to succeed.
Job Summary
· Contacting potential customers via telephone, email or social media to generate interest in and sell our products.
· Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
· Update CRM and database systems.
· Attend events and networking opportunities to maximise business opportunities.
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
· Manage incoming & outgoing telephone calls.
· Keep records of customer interactions.
· Engage prospective customers through outbound calls to introduce our brewery, its products and relevant promotions.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing clients whilst keeping them updated on new releases and exciting offers.
· Effectively communicate the brand story behind our beers to create a positive lasting impression.
Skills and Experience
· Confidence in using IT systems (including MS Office 365) with a working knowledge of Excel.
· Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening.
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters and situations.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
· An understanding of working in a target driven environment.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and secure long-term relationships.
· Flexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse range of customer enquiries and requests.
· Proficiency in using sales tools to track, progress and maintain accurate records.
Person Specification
· Ideally with experience in a call centre environment
· Excellent communication skills and a confident approach.
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
· Proactive and prepared to use initiative.
· Ability to work well under pressure and deal appropriately with demanding and sometimes challenging customers.
· An enthusiastic manner.
· Professional attitude with a high attention to detail.
