Office Administrator

Location: Masham, North Yorkshire

We are looking to recruit a full time Office administrator, to join our finance team here at Black Sheep Brewery.

Your key responsibilities will be to answer the phone and welcome visitors, along with support to the Finance team and Marketing and Sales teams.

The Office Administrator role will include filing, processing invoices, archiving and emailing invoices.  Beer award submissions, printing sales materials, cask marque accreditations and collation of the monthly newsletter.  You will also be required to support the Board/Exec team with ad-hoc duties.

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, with a minimum of three years’ experience working in an office environment.
