General Assistant – The Last Drop Inn

The Last Drop Inn is located in the beautiful city of York, and we are looking to recruit a Front of House team member.

General duties will include:

• Answers questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing
• Take customers’ orders for food and drink
• Prepare drinks and serve them to customers
• Taking food from the kitchen presenting them to the customer
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with their meals and overall experience
• Remove used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables
• Prepare bills and deliver them to customers
• Process cash and credit card payments
• Set tables ready for the next guest
• Maintain familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information

Salary dependant on experience
