Black Sheep Ride to local help

This year’s Black Sheep Lower Dales Circle Charity Bike Ride was a great success with more than 50 cyclists involved, raising over £2500 for local charities.

The riders took in the sights and sounds of 27 miles worth ofNorth Yorkshire roads, stopping at over 18 pubs along the way. The route took them through Bedale, Exelby, Kirklington, Wath, West Tanfield, Nosterfield, Well, Masham and ending back at Thorton Watlass where it all began at theBuck Inn.

The Black Sheep Brewery is a keen supporter of local causes, and members of the Black Sheep flock regularly take part in a number of charitable events, including the North Riding Dales LVA Charity Bike Ride for the last six years.
