Brewery Tours
Experience brewing the Black Sheep way! Join one of our “shepherded” brewery tours around our traditional brewhouse and fermenting room and find out how to brew an award winning ale.
Our brewery tours are really popular therefore we advise you to pre-book to avoid any disappointment.
- Find out how we select the ingredients that produce the distinctive tastes and aromas of our ales.
- Learn about the science behind the brewing process.
- Find out why we still use Yorkshire Square Fermenting Vessels which were developed over 200 years ago.
The tour takes approximately 1 hour and at the end you can reward yourself with a glass of your favourite ale at our bar.
Groups are always welcome but pre-booking is essential so contact us now for more information and tour prices.

Evening Tours
Group evening tours are also available on Thursdays and Fridays which include a guided tour of the brewery, a pint of your favourite Black Sheep ale or glass of wine and a delicious hot supper.
