The 18th Burn Valley Half Marathon, License Number 10361, run under UK Athletics Rules, was held on Saturday 5th July 2008 at 1pm.

The course is one of the most demanding and most beautiful in the UK. It is a road race over class C roads, well marshalled and with adequate refreshment stops.

All runners are eligable for a fine tea after the race. Non-runners can participate in the tea by purchasing a refreshment ticket.

A wide range of prizes are available for men, women and veterans. Team prizes will be given along with spot prizes.

The Fun Run will be held on a new course and starts at 1.15pm. All runners will receive a commemorative award.
